City West Leeds is a high specification office park located at Junction 1 of the M621. The Office park offers superior office accommodation to a range of businesses all set in landscaped grounds.
Browns were appointed by Tiger Developments to construct three office buildings on the new Office Park.
The three office buildings were 4 storey brick construction with curtain walling and render and built to a high specification.
Browns also completed Cat A fit out of each of the units.
In total the three units provided 120,000 sqft of office accommodation.
