The project had a very tight 8 week programme with the need to commence and progress floor construction, partitions, ceilings and M&E works from Day 1. There was limited access to the fit out area through only one entrance which subsequently formed the reception lobby and as a result the coordination of resources and their movement was critical and demanding. The project included contractor designed M&E installations which required very close coordination and liaison with the Design Team. The very high standard of finish required a good attention to detail and considerable out of hours working and close supervision. The project was completed on time and within budget.
