Case Study - Capital House II, Morley, Leeds

Capital House II is located on the Leeds Business Park, Morley Leeds and was originally constructed as an commercial unit with light industrial usage and warehousing facilities.
Browns were contracted by the client Green Property Plc to undertake an extensive refurbishment of the existing unit to form a new high tech call centre. The total area refurbished was 100,000 sqft.
In addition to the fit out of the call centre, Browns were also contracted to construct a 5 level multi storey car park to adjoin the existing building. This car park was constructed using pre cast concrete to the clients specifications.
