Plantation Business Park is a mixed use business park suitable for office, high tech, research and development and light industrial use and is located in Bromborough Wirral.
Working in association with English Partnerships, Browns were contracted to construct 3 high specification, high quality units.
Each unit was fitted out to the highest standard and included office accommodation and warehousing/ light industrial space. The units varied in size from 15,000 sqft to 25,000 sqft.
The project was a great success with each unit being completed within budget and within programme.
