Browns were proud to be appointed to construct a 10,000sqft prestigious home for our client.

Hollingworth Manor was built on the banks of Hollingworth Lake near Rochdale Lancashire.  (The lake was originally constructed in 1805 to supply water to Rochdale).

The location for Hollingworth Manor is with greenbelt area and is also in a conservation area.

The prestigious home was constructed entirely in local stone and Browns construction team included craftsman such as stone masons to ensure that the requirements of the Conservation Office were met and that traditional building techniques were employed where appropriate.

A particular feature of the house is a sweeping and curved cherry staircase prefabricated in Browns own joinery shop.

The Manor house was delivered within budget and programme to a high specification for our client.
