Browns commitment to quality is demonstrated not only by being accredited with ISO9001,  but also by the business systems that are established. 

Browns has a full electronic information management system which holds all procedures, standard forms and quality information and is accessed by all employees at all locations.

Coupled with this is a commitment to training – ensuring that all staff have several days training on the Quality System and TOKAIRO.

The most essential element of our Quality System is staff participation,  with all staff having the ability to present their suggestions and new information so that we can continually improve and encourage innovation.

Browns commitment to quality extends beyond the Quality System and training, and is the ethos for everything that we do.  This is consistently demonstrated by the quality of construction provided and the quality of the projects we deliver.
