Browns have been constructing quality residential buildings since the company was established in 1860, over the last 150 years the experience has broadened from building individual homes of distinction to luxury apartment buildings, high rise residential and also student accommodation.
The number of residential projects completed is in the hundreds, we have an impressive portfolio of prestigious homes, all individually designed and finished to the highest specifications.
Our high rise residential experience is extensive with projects completed in city centres such as Manchester, Leeds and Chester. In the last 10 years Browns have delivered over 1300 high rise apartments.
Browns experience of constructing student accommodation is far reaching with a diverse range of residences completed, with many projects being undertaken on live college or university campuses. To date over 4800 beds of Student Accommodation have been successfully delivered.
